“We have a couple looking at a house right on the beach at Isle of Palms. Could you come take a look? Before they buy, they need to make sure the house can be renovated into a fully wheelchair accessible home.”
We looked at two homes with the realtor friends and the couple. The first house we looked at with them seemed possible, but they weren’t in love with it. However, the second house we went to see with them was “The One.” See the final outcome in our Project One below.
