Saturday, I received a text from a teacher friend of mine.

“Didn’t you say your husband is a contractor?”

He is and I had. Just a few months into starting our General Contracting company, the word wasn’t out too far.

“My husband and I bought 3 acres but haven’t found a contractor yet. Could you meet us out at the property this morning so our husbands can meet and we can explain what we want?”

We drove out to meet them and the men walked the land and talked. An hour or so later, they shook hands. Here is the result of working closely with clients from the ground up.
