The Gahagan Park Retaining Walls needed to be revised and Hale Development was awarded the contract. We disassembled the current handrails, and demolished the cracked flatwork that had been creating an unsafe environment for pedestrians and wheelchairs alike. New footers and steps were poured. Appropriate drainage was installed. A sturdy handrail was fit again and the space was resodded in time for spring sports. Play Ball!
