Shiplap & Subway Tile Bathroom Remodel

Lowcountry modern bathroom remodel with shiplap walls.

A lovely bathroom remodel… This renovation project replaced what was there with a classy, modern update. First, we listened. The client had a few solid requests, including budget, but asked for input on design. After some preliminary brainstorming and more communication, we were able to provide a design and construction solution inside the requested budget.

Voila! Classic subway tile stars in the spacious shower complete with sliding glass door entry. Two built-in niches provide in-shower storage. Counter space was an issue in the original bathroom, so it became important that the marbled double vanity have drawers for organization and interior shelving. Carrera marble suits the rooms lowcountry elegance and southern comfortability. The coastal tones of the painted shiplap and neutral walls are pleasantly grounded by the wide navy frame surrounding the beveled mirror and black hardware. After our team’s careful problem solving and artistry, the space is now truly an oasis.

Working with Hale Development has been a huge relief and blessing. I decided to...remodel my master bathroom, and after having a couple of local companies come to give an estimate, I felt hesitant and confused. I met Robert and Marissa Hale through friends and found out they had their own construction company. After they came to look at the bathroom and gave me an estimate, I felt at ease and excited again. They listened to what I wanted while knowing how important it was for me to stay within my budget. They are hardworking and trustworthy, and I couldn’t be happier with my first remodel experience. I highly recommend Hale Development! Thank you...for taking such pride in your work and making my bathroom beautiful!
